CHANGES

Hello everyone. Trust we are all doing great. So two days ago, which was Day 12 of the challenge….

My country had a bit of an awful news– We’ve lost one of our greatest leaders we ever have, Ft Lieutenant Jerry John Rawlings.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.

There’s an air blowing,

Shaking our faith

And trembling our hopes.

Why now?

What’s going wrong with the universe?

We are losing battles,

We never dreamt of fighting.

We are being pushed to the edges

And sometimes we feel

We were never enough in the first place.

How do we win this battle

Against a change,

That’s breaking us.

Causing us to think twice

Even before breathing?

There’s a wind blowing,

And on our own, we may not be strong enough!

May God be our anchor in this trying season.

And at the end, may we win this battle against all odds.

May your soul rest in perfect peace , Jerry John Rawlings.
